Salmon Arm Boxing for Wellness is partnering with Bulldogs Fitness and Boxing to bring you the much anticipated 5th Annual Hit2Fit. This challenge is about bringing out the best in everyone and pushing limits to achieve personal greatness.  This challenge will surely change your life, and will be four months you will never forget.  For the HiT2Fit challenge there are two categories for participants to consider Fitness and Competitive.

Fitness:

 Your focus is on personal goals in fitness and wellness such as improving strength and endurance as well as confidence. Being apart of the fitness portion of the Hit2Fit is for those looking for a fun challenge without the contact (no ring portion). You will also be part of a team for challenge and to assist in fundraising to a local charity.

Competitive:

Your focus is on pushing yourself to new levels as you learn the sport of boxing. This is the real deal as you train as a boxer to be ready mentally and physically for a match-up fight at the Hit2Fit Gala evening. You will also be put on a team to compete in team challenges and assist in fundraising for a local charity.
